David Mott
CEO and Managing Director
With over 40 years experience in the broadcast industry, content driven David joined ITV Studios Australia in 2014 as the CEO & Managing Director. David has been at the helm for the company's most successful top-rating programs across multiple series for Australian Networks including I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, The Voice Australia and Love Island Australia.
Prior to ITV Studios Australia, David was Managing Director of the Nine Network in Perth, following a long tenure as Chief Content Officer for Network Ten for over 17 years. Bringing some of the most notable reality formats to Australian shores including the first Big Brother (Ten), Australian Idol and Masterchef Australia, as well as some of Australia’s most-favourite Drama series in Offspring, The Secret Life of Us and Puberty Blues.

Nicholas Melville
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer and Head of Legal & Business Affairs, Nick is responsible for all business and legal affairs across ITV Studios Australia’s corporate and production activity. Nick is also company secretary. Nick has advised across the entire production slate, including both the UK and German versions of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, along with major format brands The Voice Australia, The Chase Australia, Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell and Love Island Australia.
Nick joined the company in 2010 from Beyond International he worked on a range of productions for the Australian Networks, as well as Discovery and National Geographic in the US. Nick began his career with the commercial law firm Holding Redlich, working with film and television producers, distributors, advertising agencies, magazine publishers and broadcasters.

Beth Hart
Chief Content Officer
With incredibly rich creative and production experience working both here and in the UK, Beth Hart is a renowned, and well respected television executive who has worked on highly successful, big entertainment shows across the globe.
Beth joined ITV Studios Australia in 2017 as the Head of Content, overseeing the creative across the whole ITV Studios production slate, Beth has been at the helm of returning series I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, The Voice Australia and Love Island Australia just to name a few.
Her UK executive producer credits include The X Factor, Hell’s Kitchen, The Apprentice, Love Island and five seasons of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! Beth’s previous role was Creative Director, Fremantle Media Australia.

Geraldine Coakley
Finance Director
As an Executive leader specialising in leading and transforming financial operations, planning and analysis, Geraldine Coakley came on board in early 2022 to join the team at ITV Studios Australia as the Finance Director.
Geraldine’s career spans technology, entertainment and financial services sectors. From leading high performing, global teams through to implementing BI systems and managing transformational change projects.
Prior to joining ITV Studios Australia, Geraldine worked for SBS Australia and Entertainment One in similar roles and has worked in both the UK and Australia. Originally from France, Geraldine has a Masters Degree in Accounting & Finance.

Donna Foster
Director of Production
Experienced at delivering live entertainment shows, outside broadcasts and reality television, Donna has worked in television production for more than 15 years.
Donna has had a long-standing career with ITV , working as a freelancer initially and returning in 2008 as Head of Production. Her credits include I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! (including both UK and German series), Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell, Love Island Australia, Talkin’ ‘bout your Generation, Come Dine with Me and five seasons of Dancing with the Stars. Prior experience includes as a production manager for the Seven Network, Network Ten, V8 Supercars and the AFL, Donna has also worked on the V8 Supercars telecast, Melbourne Cup Carnival and Melbourne Grand Prix.

Jane Oswald
Head of Legal & Business Affairs
Jane commenced with ITV Studios in November 2021 as the Head of Legal & Business Affairs.
Jane has an extensive background in the Media industry, having worked for leading Networks and Production companies including, most recently, Endemol Shine Australia and the Seven Network.
Jane brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Micah Hewson
Head of Development
Micah has been the Head of Development at ITV Studios since 2014 where his credits include The Chase Australia, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Love Island Australia, My Kitchen Rules, Alone, Australia Behind Bars and Celebrity Letters & Numbers.
Over the past 25 years Micah has worked for two of the biggest format houses in the world developing, creating and producing some of Australia's most recognisable unscripted series. Micah works collaboratively with the Global Entertainment group, based in the UK, in developing the best, high-quality content for both the Australian and International markets.
Previously Micah served as Executive Producer at Endemol Southern Star where he developed and produced the first six seasons of Big Brother Australia along with Fear Factor, Ready Steady Cook, Real Prison Breaks for ITV in the UK and The Kylie Interview for Sky 1.

Alana Echo
HR Business Partner, APAC
Alana is a HR leader with over 10 years of experience partnering with senior leaders across the advertising and media industries. As the HR BP, APAC, Alana joined the team in 2020 and is part of the Senior Leadership team, advising both ITV Studios & Global Distributions teams on all HR matters across Australia, India and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining ITV, Alana held roles such as P&C Manager at Mamamia Women’s Network and Foxtel Media, formerly Multi Channel Network.

Keely Sonntag
Head of Unscripted
Over many years in the television industry, Keely Sonntag has cultivated a formidable reputation producing reality, entertainment and live TV, bringing some of the most iconic titles to life on Australian screens.
Her significant list of credits includes Australian Survivor, MasterChef, Ambulance, Big Brother, Love Triangle, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here Australia, Shark Tank, Australia’s Next Top Model, Biggest Loser, The Celebrity Apprentice and Beauty and the Geek.
With a career spanning so many diverse brands and genres, Keely has an incredible depth of knowledge and the ability to take existing formats to new heights, as well as develop original programs from the ground up. In addition, Keely’s experience with large reality formats has seen her nominated for multiple AACTA awards, including for MasterChef Australia and Australian Survivor. Prior to joining ITV Studios Australia in 2023, Keely was an Executive Producer at Endemol Shine Australia.
In her role as ITV’s Head of Unscripted Television she guides the creative direction of the unscripted slate and nurtures an inclusive, inspired and dynamic culture on every production she’s involved in.

Kate Bolas
Head of Commercial
Our Head of Commercial, Kate Bolas, joined ITV in 2016.
Kate’s media career began in radio sales before moving to TV with The Seven Network where she pioneered the client services division across formats that included Better Homes & Gardens, Who Dares Wins, The Mole, Temptation Island, Popstars & Home and Away.
Since joining ITV, Kate has managed sponsor activations along with fan app development, merchandise & licensing, voting, e-commerce and gaming solutions across a variety of formats including The Voice Australia, Love Island Australia, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Australia, Saturday Night Takeaway, Hell’s Kitchen and The Chase Australia, to name a few.
